This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to cancellations and refunds for services purchased through ChargeTask.com.

1. Cancellation of Services

Buyers (Users)

Buyers have the right to cancel a service order under the following conditions:

  1. Service Not Delivered on Time: If the service is not delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe, buyers may cancel the order.
  2. Service Not Received as Mentioned by the Provider: If the delivered service substantially deviates from the description provided by the Tasker, buyers may cancel the order.

2. Refund Process

Buyers (Users)

Buyers may request a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Service Not Delivered on Time: If the service is not delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe, buyers may request a refund within three (3) days of the expected service delivery date.
  2. Service Not Received as Mentioned by the Provider: If the delivered service substantially deviates from the description provided by the Tasker, buyers may request a refund within three (3) days of the service delivery date.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, buyers must follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Refund Request: Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) days of the service delivery date through the platform’s designated refund request process.
  2. Provide Details: Buyers must provide detailed information about the reason for the refund request, including relevant evidence such as screenshots, images, or communication with the Tasker.
  3. Review Process: ChargeTask.com will review the refund request and communicate with both the buyer and Tasker to gather additional information if necessary.
  4. Refund Decision: Based on the review, ChargeTask.com will make a determination on whether to approve or deny the refund request.
  5. Refund will be processed within 4-5 days once we received the request

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) days of the service delivery date.
  • The request must be based on a valid reason such as non-delivery of services or significant deviation from the service description.
  • Refund requests not meeting the specified criteria may be denied.

4. Provider Responsibilities

Providers (Taskers) on ChargeTask.com are responsible for delivering services as described in their listings. Failure to do so may result in a refund to the buyer.
